Heirloom Pillow

This is the most beautiful pillow I have ever made! It is completed totally on the serger! This is a project from the book "Simple Serger Sewing". You will learn all sorts of great techniques. Fabric kits are available. I will have you chose your own trims and laces. We all seem to have a stash of all of that, and it was hard to choose laces everyone would like. The fabric kit all cut out for you will be $9.99. You will need to find your own trims. 7/8 yard of 1 1/2" lace or ribbon. 1 3/4" lace edging (one sided about 1/2" wide or so). 7/8 yard of edging lace for the edge of the gathering. 3 yards of 1/8" ribbon. Find a pretty wooley nylon as your accent color. Bring a selection of trims so you can be creative! Email me with any questions. The sample is in the classroom.
